I contacted them via e-mail and a new one was immediately shipped out and I shipped the old one back. The packaged was sealed and all the parts were inside. The emblem itself looks great. I actually gave this to my dad for a gift so I haven't seen it on his truck yet, so I can't speak to it's ease/difficulty of hooking up.
